Should we post photographs and videos of bad behavior on the internet?

In my opinion, I think that we should not post pictures or videos of other people's bad behavior in the public. I think that if we post the pictures without their permission, it would be invading in to their privacy. We can be brought into bars for doing this as we can get sue by the person. Also, we will shame the person, causing to be very embarrassed therefore he may not have the guts to face people in the public.

Although by doing this, we can make them learn from the mistakes and making them change, there are also other methods of doing this like fines or turning this pictures or videos to the authorities. Also, we may sometimes misinterpret the pictures and adding what we think the person is doing on our own, therefore shaming him for the wrong reason.
